Q. How do I add money to my student’s account?
A. You can always send cash or checks to the cafeteria with your student. In addition, we now have new ways to pay: Internet with your credit or debit card: We have opened a WebStore that never closes where you may add money to the account over the Internet from the convenience of your home or office. As we implement this new program, we want to be as flexible and efficient as possible. At this time we are offering a choice of amounts to deposit into your child’s lunch account. You may choose from preset choices or choose Any Amount and enter the amount of money you want to deposit.

Q. How do I find the WebStore?
A. You can reach the WebStore from our home page: Blue Springs School's home page
Click on the parent information link and then the food and nutrition link. Then click on the Revtrak information link and the login link to go to the store. Select your school and the items you want to purchase.

Q. What information do I need to provide for a payment?
A. You need to submit your child’s Last name and student ID number along with your credit or debit card number.

Q. How do I know the payment went through?
A. The WebStore will email you with a confirmation receipt immediately after processing with a transaction number. If there is ever a question about the payment, the transaction number will allow us to verify the addition to your student’s lunch account.

Q. What if the credit card company does not approve the charge?
A. We require a contact telephone number on the application form and will contact you by telephone and/or email for your instructions.

Q. Why can’t I use my credit card at the school cafeteria?
A. We hope to reduce the time cafeteria staff devotes to taking payments. By centralizing the credit card function, we can provide better security and allow cafeteria personnel to focus on their main objective – to provide nutritious and appealing food for your child.

Q. I have more than one child in the School System. How do I make payments to more than one account?
A. You select a product for each child’s account. After you complete the student information for one child, you select the Buy Now button to confirm your purchase. Then, you may select the Continue Shopping button to add money to another child’s lunch account.
